Absolutely! Get your Basic screenings- which include Cholesterol panel, Diabetes Screen, Blood Pressure Screening and cancer screenings and a check up to avoid bigger problems and complications so you can Live Life Abundantly! 

We do our best to be credentialed with ALL insurances if the Insurance provider will let us. 

Currently Contracted(Credentialed) with Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, HUMANA, Multiplan,  Baylor Scott & White, CIGNA, United HealthCare, Prominence, Aetna, First Health. 

Pending contracts with TXOneX- Marketplace UnitedHealthCare product and UHC Medicaid, Oscar. 

Getting contracted with Healthsprings, Molina, Amerigroup. Will be taking  Managed Medicaid and Medicaid only on a case by case basis. Unfortunately, we have had a difficult time getting patients referred and cared for by local specialists when needed, so because of our frustration and inability to provide patients with all the care and resources they need for their well being, we will not be taking any New patients of MEDICAID, MANAGED MEDICAID EXCEPT on a case by case basis. 

We WILL NOT charge your insurance if we are not yet credentialed/Contracted with your Insurance. We will wait until we are AND NOT surprise you with bills. 

Absolutely. We have subsidized rates for Standard Blood draws and low rates for Initial & follow up visits. 

Subsidized rates: Initial visit: $175.00 -  Includes Evaluation by Provider, Screening labs  and Recommendations including Prescriptions. Screening labs include a full panel of basic labs--Complete Blood Count- Evaluates for Anemia, Infection; Comprehensive Metabolic Panel-- Evaluates  Kidney and Liver Function; Thyroid screening, Cholesterol profile, A1C(Diabetes evaluation). 

Follow up visit: $100.00-  Includes Prescriptions with refills for 2-3 months if medically stable(controlled). We will also consider specific follow up labs at additional subsidized cost if needed.

We help with Alcohol Withdrawal,  weaning off Anti-Depressants,  Buprenorphine including weaning it for Opiate Withdrawal, Smoking Cessation. We are here to Help you,  NOT Judge you!

We will see adults struggling with Depression- situational or otherwise, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Phobias and work with them, coming alongside  to help them navigate through their struggles as best as we are able. We hope to accomplish this with counseling, optimizing circumstances, building healthy habits and helping break down bad ones, medications as needed and referrals to Psychiatry when needed. We do not initiate ADHD medications but will continue if already started and an evaluation with diagnosis already done. 

We will Help you in your goals toward weight loss with All the tools we have available, backed by data, counseling, nutrition and medications. We will work on a cash pay basis for those without insurance or where it is not covered by insurance at a subsidized rate. We also see patients who Only want to address their weight loss.

Actually, we aim for the Opposite. We want to make your life better and more Abundant off medications as much as possible- Including better diet, natural remedies, healthy habits with meditation and counseling and if still needed, then we prescribe Medications. 

There are a Few scenarios where we would provide pain/opiate/non opiate prescriptions. 

1. Acute Illness. For a short term basis. Also on an urgent basis if you cannot get to see your pain doctor- typically 2-3 day supply. 

2. Diagnosis of Chronic pain with Malignancy. Until Oncology follow up. 

We would love to see you and help you if at all possible. If you have Severe Chest Pressure/Pain and have not had a heart work up- Please head to the ER. 

Typical scenarios we can help with: 

1. Acute Infectious Respiratory(Lung) Illness. Pneumonia/Strep/Flu/Covid- We can test your blood work/screen tests and treat appropriately and give Intramuscular Antibiotics/Antivirals. 

2. Skin infections. We can treat if you present early with oral Antibiotics and supportive care. 

3. Congestive Heart Failure. We can help adjust medications if you present early- within 5-10 pounds of your dry weight.

4. COPD Exacerbation. We can give you Nebulizer treatments and Intramuscular steroids and Antibiotics and hopefully avoid an ER/Urgent Care visit, if you come in early. 

5. Hypertensive Urgency- We can give medications that can help if Blood Pressure mildly uncontrolled. If symptomatic with Chest pain or Stroke like symptoms please head to ER.

6. Uncontrolled Diabetes. We will do our best to get reasonable control and if needed refer to Endocrinology.
