Dr. Abraham has been providing inpatient care as a Hospitalist at Texoma Medical Center since 2013. He earned his medical degree in India before relocating to the United States to continue his medical training. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital in New Jersey in 2009, followed by advanced training in Infectious Diseases at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.

After several years practicing hospital medicine, Dr. Abraham felt called to transition into outpatient primary care, where he could develop long-term relationships with his patients and provide comprehensive, personalized care. His passion is helping individuals achieve better health by caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

He believes that exceptional healthcare begins with compassion, trust, and open communication. He is dedicated to partnering with his patients to promote wellness, prevent disease, and improve quality of life through evidence-based medicine and individualized treatment plans.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Abraham enjoys traveling, connecting with people from all walks of life, and spending quality time with his family and church community. Guided by a strong foundation of faith, he believes life is meant to be lived intentionally and abundantly—with love, joy, hope, and purpose. His commitment to serving others extends beyond the exam room, and he strives to make a positive difference in every life he touches.

Dr McBride was born and raised in Ft Worth, Dr McBride is a graduate of Stephen F Austin State University and went on to graduate from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where he also did his internship and residency.  Realizing that traditional medical education was lacking in some important aspects he also completed a fellowship in Geriatric and General Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine where he also volunteered at the Haight Ashbury Free Clinic and then became the Medical Director of the West County Older Adults Clinics in the Bay Area.  Wanting still more from medicine, he joined the faculty of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine but always knew that when he and his wife began to have children that they would eventually move back to Texas.  They eventually settled on Texoma where they raised 5 children along with numerous horses, dogs, cats, and the occasional 4F animal. He was initially employed to run the Geriatrics Clinics in Sherman as part of TexomaCare and was also the Medical Director of the Reba McEntire Rehabilitation Hospital.
